Local builders. Stone people.
Just-N-Time Landscape & Design is a design-build hardscape and outdoor living company based in Lago Vista, TX.
Focused on what lasts
Just-N-Time started the way many landscape companies do: mowing, trimming and keeping yards sharp around Lago Vista. Along the way, the work that clients were proudest of, and that we were proudest to build, was the stone: patios, walls, fire pits, flower beds and outdoor kitchens.
So that's where our focus is now: design-build hardscape, outdoor living, landscape installation and tree work. Recurring lawn maintenance is on pause for now, not gone for good. That means more time on each project, more attention to what's under the surface, and a finished space you'll use for decades.
When you hire us, you work directly with Justin, from the first walk-through to the final sweep.
This website was designed, built and is hosted by WHACK. Marketing, a Texas web design and marketing company for contractors.
Design-build
One team plans it and builds it. Nothing gets lost between a drawing and a crew.
Built from the base up
Excavation, compaction and drainage done right, so the stone on top stays put.
Local to the lake
Based in Lago Vista. We know the ground, the HOAs and the style of every community we serve.
What neighbors say
Justin and team have kept my yard in shape, done more serious cleanup of shrubs and trees and do a fantastic job. I have seen some of his bigger jobs and they are amazing. Love the work and the people conscientious. Glad to use a local company.
We have been using Just-N-Time for a couple of years now. After trying out other services in the area that were very lackluster, Just-N-Time has proven to be the most reliable and is extremely focused on doing a great job and providing great service.
Rock bed project completed & decent pricing and looks great! Mow, edge, blow as weekly yard maintenance & Justin's crew does great too!
Used these guys for a few years now. Always a timely response when I need them. Very thorough while performing and completing the work I needed. Local business, so support them!
Landscapers did what suppose to do, I could ask if they would do some other things, did not hesitate to help me.
Did great work on short notice on my lawn.
