What areas do you serve?
We're based in Lago Vista and build throughout Lago Vista, Jonestown, Volente, Leander, Cedar Park and Liberty Hill, TX (ZIPs 78645, 78641, 78613 and 78642), including communities like Travisso, The Hollows, Twin Creeks, Santa Rita Ranch and Tessera.
Do you design and build, or just install?
Both. We’re design-build: we lay out the space, choose materials with you, handle HOA submissions and build it. One team from first walk-through to final cleanup.
What size projects do you take on?
We focus on outdoor living and hardscape: patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fireplaces, retaining walls and full back-yard builds. Smaller projects like stone mailboxes, walkways and bed borders are welcome too, especially as part of a bigger plan.
Can you help with HOA approval?
Yes. Most master-planned communities around Lake Travis and Leander require architectural review. We provide the site plan, dimensions and material samples your ARC asks for.
Do you offer lawn maintenance?
Not right now. We’re focused on design-build hardscape, outdoor living, landscape installation and tree work, but recurring lawn care may come back. Ask our assistant or call to get on the interest list, and we’ll reach out when spots open.
