Outdoor Living & Hardscape in Point Venture
Patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features and stonework designed for Point Venture homes, built by a local team based in Lago Vista.
Designing for Point Venture homes
Point Venture is a small lakeside village next to Jonestown and Lago Vista on Lake Travis’s north bank. It began as a second-home getaway in the early 1970s and is now a year-round community built around boating, golf and the lake.
Point Venture is surrounded by water on multiple sides, so many lots have lake views or frontage, with slopes and exposure to wind off the water. Stone steps to the shore, windbreak walls and fire features that hold up in the breeze are common requests.
