Based in Lago Vista on the north shore of Lake Travis, we serve six towns and the communities inside them.
Lago Vista is home. We’re based here on the north shore of Lake Travis, and we know what building on this ground takes: steep limestone hills and canyons, lots that fall toward the water, and views worth designing every patio around.
Jonestown sits on Lake Travis’s north shore, right next door to our home base in Lago Vista. Developed in the 1930s as lakefront lots ahead of Mansfield Dam, it’s now home to some of the lake’s most striking hillside and waterfront properties.
Cedar Park has grown into one of the most established suburbs northwest of Austin, and many of its best neighborhoods are now 15 to 30 years old. That means builder patios, first-generation landscaping and back yards that are ready for a serious upgrade.
Volente is a small village on Lake Travis’s north shore off RR 2769. It’s one of the lake’s most distinctive places to live, with waterfront homes, marinas, and Hill Country views in every direction.
Leander has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, and its master-planned communities are full of beautiful new homes with back yards that are still bare slabs and builder sod.
Liberty Hill has gone from small Hill Country town to one of the fastest-growing places in Central Texas, with estate lots, gated custom-home communities and large master plans spreading across the countryside northwest of Austin.
