Why does my Cedar Park patio keep cracking?
Expansive clay soil. It swells when wet and shrinks in drought, and rigid slabs crack. Pavers on a proper base move with the soil instead of breaking.
Can you replace an old builder patio?
Yes. Removing a small, cracked builder slab and replacing it with a larger paver or flagstone patio is one of our most common Cedar Park projects.
Do you help with HOA approval?
Yes. We provide site plans, dimensions and material samples for your architectural review submission.
