Jonestown sits on Lake Travis’s north shore, right next door to our home base in Lago Vista. Developed in the 1930s as lakefront lots ahead of Mansfield Dam, it’s now home to some of the lake’s most striking hillside and waterfront properties.

How close are you to Jonestown?
Right next door. We’re based in Lago Vista, a few minutes up the north shore.
Can you work around my mature oak trees?
Yes, and we should. We design patios and walls to protect root zones, and schedule any oak pruning outside the spring oak wilt window.
Do you build steps down to the lake?
Yes. Stone slab and boulder steps on steep waterfront lots are a regular part of our Jonestown work.
